I've been working with Melanie weekly for 3 months now and the self awareness I have gained during this process has been remarkable. I am so happy for this counseling relationship with Melanie and have gained SO much from it.

Melanie has really helped me to voice my internal struggles in a more accessible way by creating a space for reflection beyond what I could do on my own. She also has helped to foster skills of mindfulness, boundary setting, and self-awareness. In turn this has made me less critical of myself, more honest and respectful of myself, and overall more hopeful for what comes next.

Melanie has been extremely helpful. I feel like she is truly listening and caring about my success. She is patient when I'm not sure what to say and provides suggestions for me to try throughout the week. I'm looking forward to continuing my work with her.

I’ve been working with Melanie for 3 weeks (along with listening on a handful or groupinars) for anxiety/depression/strained relationships. Melanie has been very supportive and talking to her feels like venting to a friend. She doesn’t interject or offer advice (although more guidance seems to come with more sessions). She’s been incredibly helpful at helping me find resources and giving me little tasks/things to work on between sessions to help cope and manage the areas of improvement we talk about. Overall, I definitely recommend working with her!

Open and warm. Easy to engage with and prepared to cut to the point when needed. I have found them very helpful in processing my mental state and moving forward
