Melanie is an amazing therapist. She’s a great listener and really good at letting me vent and offering solutions that are realistic. She helped open my mind to different possibilities and gave me exercises that helped with mindfulness and anxiety. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Melanie is a great listener. Her ability to relate to and help work through issues and opportunities for growth have given me the ability to gain better insight into my patterns of behavior so that I can be a happier and more accountable person. She asks questions that allow me to dig deeper and see more clearly what I need to do to breakthrough obstacles and grow stronger every day. Melanie is a great therapist and I highly recommend her to anyone with relationship insecurities and past trauma. Thank you Melanie!
