Melanie is very comfortable to speak to. She responds to messages (like texts) promptly and is very supportive too. Would be a terrific Life Coach. She also shares weekly worksheets w very enlightening exercises & ways to think about things in different, more beneficial ways. She is really great.

Wanted to share that Melanie was very helpful. She listened to my concerns and issues and was able to help me sort them out and get a better understanding of what was going on. Very greatfull for her. Although we only did a few sessions, I was seeing other professionals and we were able to have the conversations that need to be had to move me forward.

She's very kind and a very good listener that whenever I vent or let out my bottled up emotions I feel a whole lot better, even though I feel like I'm good or not much has happened to me it still feels good to let out anything that has happen.

She makes it less intimidating by treating you as a person. We laugh. We tackle big issues and small ones. Best person I’ve ever seen for therapy etc. which says a lot since I have been in and out for 15 years trying to find a fit

Melanie Mullin’s is extremely professional, caring and most importantly, attentive. I haven’t been using this app for a long time, but in the last few weeks that I have been, my counselor Melanie has shown me that she IS listening to what I have to say. I have been in therapy multiple times in my life and she is one of the only therapists that I can say is actually hearing what I have to say. I always felt like I was being judged instead of being listened to, but not with Melanie!
I highly recommend this app to anyone seeking to improve their mental health or even if they’re just looking for someone to talk to that will actually hear them out.
And for anyone that does decide to try and improve their mental health by using this app, I HIGHLY recommend Melanie Mullins. She is an excellent counselor.
