Melanie listens to my problems, helped me to find out what was really bothering me and helped me find ways to cope/manage better moving forward

As a therapist Melanie is very organic in creating a safe place to express myself, as well as guiding our sessions in a productive and neutral manner. Having been in therapy throughout several points in my life, I feel that Melanie’s technique is very effective in the “here and now” approach which allows me freedom from the confinements of my past so that I can “re-write” my internal dialogue to find freedom in presence.

Melanie is wonderful. Responsive and understanding. Able to strike the perfect balance of listening and supporting, while also challenging me to think deeper.

Melanie takes the time to listen to me and my feelings. She responds in a timely manner and I feel like she really cares about my well being.

I really enjoyed working with Melanie during my free trial. The only reason I am not continuing is because I just found out that my work provides free counseling. She really helped me begin to work through some areas where I feel “stuck” and to create some steps/action plans to help in those areas. She was compassionate and caring. If j join BetterHelp in the future, I will request to have her as my therapist! Thank you, Melanie!
