Melanie is absolutely wonderful. She helped me through my anxiety, depression, self-image issues and relationship struggles. She gave me tools to cope with my anxiety stressors and helped me set boundaries for a healthier, happier approach to my relationships. She always listened without judgement and with intent and was quick to respond in a logical, calm manner which helped me see my thought distortions around a situation. I am grateful for Melanie’s empathy and encouragement to find the peace I’ve been looking for.

Melanie is the best, I chose to do calls without video because talking to someone that you never met in person is the best. She’s patient, she lets me talk as much as I want, she read everything I send her and replies, her voice is calming. I seek to help with BetterHelp in the moment of my life that I needed someone to tell me that I was OK. Someone like Melanie that was a stranger at the time to me. Sometimes you can’t trust family or friends you never know what they’re saying behind your back or who they are sharing your personal life with. I just really didn’t want to talk to anyone I knew, about what was going on in my head. I got therapist at the age of 37 for the first time and I don’t regret it.

Melanie is a wonderful therapist and helped me a lot in a short time, despite language barrier. She is a very good listener and always made substantial suggestions and incentives.
