As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 4 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals create positive and meaningful change in their lives. I have extensive experience working with clients facing a variety of concerns. Whether you are struggling with addiction, trauma or abuse recovery, motivation, self-esteem, anxiety or depression, I am here to support you.
My therapeutic toolbox is filled with evidence-based techniques that I can tailor to your unique needs. We can explore approaches like client-centered therapy, which creates a safe space for open exploration and self-discovery. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) can equip you with healthy coping mechanisms for managing emotions and relationships. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps identify and restructure negative thought patterns that may be holding you back. Additionally, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can be a powerful tool for processing past trauma in a safe and controlled way.
My primary focus is to build a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore yourself and your situation. Together, we will embark on a collaborative journey to create a life filled with purpose and fulfillment. I'm here to support you throughout the week, with the exception of Sundays.
