I cannot recommend Dr K. enough! She helped me navigate through a challenging period of anxiety and depression with good care and expertise. From the very first session, she made me feel completely heard and understood. Her approach is warm, non-judgmental, and genuinely compassionate, which immediately put me at ease.
She provided practical tools and strategies that I could apply in my daily life, while also creating a safe space to explore my thoughts and emotions. She truly listened and tailored her approach to what I needed, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
Thank you for everything!

This is the most comfortable I’ve been with a therapist before . I am so happy I was matched with Dr.K I couldn’t ask for anyone better who actually listens, pays attention to detail, makes me feel like I matter to her through her actions. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone seeking guidance or hesitant on starting therapy!

Dr k makes me feel important and valued whenever I tell her about something that is going on in my life or in my past. She lists examples from her past to help me understand what is going on with me. She tries her very best to completely understand of what I'm going through and helps me find ways to cope with it. I strongly suggest Dr k is a therapist!
