I really like Melissa. I feel that she asks the appropriate questions in order to understand who I am as a person, my life and any potential problems. She is very diplomatic and direct, and she offers advice when I ask for it but otherwise she is a fantastic listener and a very good person to bounce ideas off of. She has a level of professionalism that I think is unmatched and since I started to talk with her, I already feel better about certain situations even though nothing is really changed.
