Finding a good therapist is kind of like dating. It sucks. But when you finally find the right one, life becomes SO much better. Keep looking for the one you jive with. Someone who supports you, encourages you and challenges you to do and be better! I'm so incredibly grateful that I was able to find Dr. Oleshansky, she is the therapist I have always been looking for and I appreciate our communication more than she will ever know!

Some people do therapy for a short period of time, but I prefer to always have a therapist as a way of maintaining my mental health. You would think that after a few years, I would tire of the same therapist. You would think they would run out of meaningful recommendations. That is not the case with Dr. O! Her insights and recommendations are thoughtful and evidence based. I have so much confidence in her expertise.

Dr Oh has been in my life for about three years now. On and off which is of my own doing. But she knows right where we left off. She is amazing and I consider her a life coach to me more than anything. I love our phone chats. Those are my favorite!

Dr. O has supported my personal growth and presences in many important relationships. Given my lengthy stream of conscious messages, Dr. O has a wonderful way of seeing the forest between the trees and asks thoughtful and reflective questions. I spoils recommend her skills and services to anyone seeking help.
