About me

I am a clinical mental health counselor licensed in the state of North Carolina with over 5 years of experience working with adults and couples. I have worked with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, career development, trauma and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is very caring and nurturing. I believe in treating everyone with respect and honesty. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and client-centered therapies. I believe that counseling takes courage and can provide the necessary tools to develop new coping skills and a greater self-awareness that will enable individuals to deal with life more effectively.

My vision is to help individuals navigate through tough times in a very caring and supportive environment. My hope is that each person who enters therapy will grow emotionally as a result of the counseling process.
