I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with 10+ years of experience working in a variety of settings, including intensive outpatient programs for mental health and addiction, partial hospitalization programs, as well as working as a clinical supervisor and director for community behavioral health agencies with a focus in building strong relationships with families and communities along with the various school settings across the Philadelphia region. Additionally, I have seen clients in a private practice setting. I have knowledge and training in crisis management and de-escalation.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, self-harm, anxiety, career and life changes, ADHD, panic disorder and relationship issues. My approach is open, warm, laid back and interactive. I treat everyone with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. I will work hard with you to tailor our sessions and treatment plans to meet your specific goals and needs.
It takes honesty, courage, and insight to ask for help and take the first few steps towards change. I am here to support you, empower you, and cheer you on as you walk down this new path!
