I could not say enough good things about Melissa. She has had such a tremendous impact on me and my quality of life. I don’t recognize the person I was when we first started working together a year ago. I am thankful for her everyday!

My favorite therapist I’ve ever worked with! Is really uplifting when I need it the most! Would recommend her to everyone I know!

Melissa has been kind, encouraging, and a brilliant listener from day one. She really wants to understand where I am coming from, and she gently calls me out on any attempts to be evasive in the best way possible. Hands down I would recommend her to anyone!

Melissa was so helpful to me. I asked her to be a girlfriend in our sessions and she was! She gave me the tools I needed to set boundaries, how to approach difficult situations with difficult people and gave me worksheets that helped with making a script to set boundaries. I also think she helped me with my relationship with my partner, showed me a different perspective to what my partner might see and how I can be a better partner. I would highly recommend Melissa and consider her the best therapist I ever had.

Melissa has a positive, calming presence. She balances listening, guiding, and just sitting with you in your silence when you need someone the most. I can be authentically myself during session. We always laugh together and she makes the difficult bits of a therapy session so much easier!

Listens very well and gives a very good breakdown of why certain feelings happen, what they may be tied to, exercises to combat those feelings or cope with them, etc. Asks great probing questions to encourage participative thinking and self reflection. She has made me cry in a good way and helped me so much so far. I feel very supported by her.
