Melissia Bennett helped me tremendously through a very dark, down period in my life. She helped me recognize once again that I had value, was reasonable, and wasn't asking for impossible things from myself or others. She used humor and honest candor to help me work through the things that made me feel stuck and move forward. I highly recommend Melissia Bennett, and I am so grateful for her.

Melissia Bennett is a GODsent! In the time that I was with her, she helped me to understand and deal with the life of trauma that I had been masking for 45 years while giving me the tools and knowledge to be very present in my day to day life.
She was always very patient and professional with me, especially during times that I wasn't the easiest to deal with.
I thank GOD for her daily and kudos to you BetterHelp for having such an amazing member of your staff!
