I've only had two sessions, but they've really helped me navigate some complications in my life. Simply being in therapy has offered some relief, but having a therapist that I feel like listens to me and can relate to my issues has lifted a big weight off my shoulders. I look forward to my sessions. I find the advice given by Melody very useful. I really think she will be able to help me even more as the sessions continue.
