About me

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with over 3 years of experience working with teens and adults. I have additional training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). My focus is helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, and grief & loss. I believe that when someone receives compassionate and attuned witnessing, their innate ability to heal and transform is possible.
