Michael is great and really takes the time to understand the things you say even the things you don’t say. He can read between the lines and makes you feel heard, which is huge.

Michael does a fantastic job of listening and asking the right questions to not only better understand but to get to the root of a problem. He is genuine and personable. I was in fear of starting this journey, my first go at better help was not beneficial but they hit the nail on the head with Michael. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
