I have over 20 years of experience providing individual, group and family therapy to adults as well as adolescents. I have worked in a variety of settings and use several different therapeutic techniques. I believe in a highly individualized, solution focused treatment approach to help you identify issues which may be preventing your living the life you want, and help you identify the life changes needed to reach life goals long thought unattainable!
I treat both adult and adolescents who are depressed, have anxiety issues, substance abuse or dependency issues, as well as couples and families having problems relating to each other.
