I have worked with Michael for 2 weeks. He is soft spoken, saw me and my baggage and immediately connected. He has helped me realize some things and continues to pat me on the back when I respond to situations properly. I felt like I was wrong in a lot of areas or I was confused and he is helping me see through the mess.
