I have been an LCSW in Tennessee for 22 years. I have worked with adults and couples. Geriatric patients in long term care and homeless Veterans. Using Mindfulness,I have helped clients reduce stress and anxiety. By increasing coping skills, motivation, self esteem & confidence grows. I offer an environment of acceptance, understanding and compassion . Your psychotherapy sessions allow me to get to know you to create an individual intervention and offer viable options to facilitate change.
