Helped me process a variety of life challenges with relationships, self-doubt, and SI. Provided me with frameworks and activities for coping with challenges. Always on time, respectful of time, professional, and sympathetic.

He's very knowledgeable, personable, and consistent. He takes good notes, to ensure he remembers things you wouldn't think he'd remember. I get the sense he's a genuinely good human who loves what he does for a living. I feel like this is his passion and it gives him great personal fulfillment to help other people grow. Whom who is seeking true growth, wouldn't want that in a therapist? I have a lot going on and he handles my many issues with ease, and most importantly to me, without judgement. He's really good! Totally recommend!!

Michael has been a tremendous help at helping me set goals and expectations. He has helped me to more comfortably share my feelings with others, which is important to form stronger bonds. I am slowly allowing myself to show vulnerability and to ask for what I want. Michael has become an extremely important tool to my better health.
