About me

I have been a practicing clinician for for over 27 years, with the majority of my experience working as a licensed psychologist in a variety of settings including major metropolitan hospital emergency rooms and mental health crisis centers, as well as in a private practice office-based setting. My education includes a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology. My experience also includes working with a vary wide range of populations over the years, including all age-ranges, backgrounds, and demographics. My passion is to help people achieve positive sustainable personal growth which includes helping them to learn how to develop - and consistently apply - adaptive stress-coping, frustration-tolerance, and problem-solving techniques and strategies which results in an improved overall quality of life, a greater sense of personal happiness, and increased resiliency. My fundamental approach to helping others is a belief that our perceptions about ourselves, others, and the world around is shaped by both or life experiences, from birth through the present, as well as our unique genetically-based traits and characteristics gifted to us by our parents and families of origin, which when put other, influence how with think, feel, and act, and that our thinking, feeling, and acting, can significantly influence the outcomes we experience over the course of lives - positively - or negatively. So, since how we perceive and then think about life has such a significant affect on the quality of our lives, I believe that it is very important that examine our perceptions and thoughts, which are a very important past of who we are, and that a positive and constructive assessment of these areas, along positive and constructive changes in these areas achieved through cognitive and behavioral therapy strategies and techniques , can result in significant positive personal growth those who are struggling, and thus provide improvements in quality of life factors, resulting in improved overall personal happiness and satisfaction.

Dr. Keller is a very intelligent and insightful man, great to talk to about all matters of life. Coginitive behaviour therapy was theloose framework through which we addressed variuous topics such as my priorities, ambitions, and wortwhile goals. I'm very please with the life plan we came up with, as this was something i wanted to do for a long time already. Above all, I appreciated the often personal, and philosophical and intellectual conversations. Our weekly talks encouraged me to to integrate a few loose ends into a more solid foundation from which i'll try to become a better person. Thanks for everything, all the best!

Dr. Keller is extremely professional and encouraging. He’s very careful with his words and shows the utmost respect. However, he sometimes goes on his phone which is a bit uncomfortable.
