About me

I am licensed in California with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & depression. I have experience working with clients with serious mental illness in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, I've worked with a variety of clients coping with life changes situational adjustments. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
