Dr. Mitchell is a wise, kind, patient and insightful man. He has been a tremendous help in my marriage and for me personally. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations because he made me feel heard and understood in a way that most therapists I have worked with have not achieved. It can be hard to get me talking sometimes and Dr. Mitchell was able to keep my thoughts flowing and lead us to insightful conclusions.
