I find she is compassionate, and intuitive to what needs to be addressed. She knows exactly how to pin point certain areas in your life that you need to focus on. She is very encouraging, she knows how to build you up, so that you may be the best person you can be. I appreciate her worksheets, she will always try to give you some homework of reflection. The video sessions were very comforting, I felt connected immediately and the conversations were well rounded, focused and efficient. We managed to cover all my main concerns.
Moreover, Michal provided me with extra material, tools and techniques to rely on when I am experiencing difficulties and those techniques are already changing my everyday life.

Michal is an amazing listener. She's been great at going with my flow of conversation. When I've used humor to deal with things, she has reflected that back and it makes for a very comfortable conversation. Her advice echoes things I've read about in psychology research, and has been very useful and appropriate in the situation I was in.
