I am a qualified integrative counsellor and I work within an ethical framework to ensure my clients receive the support they need in an emphatic and non-judgmental environment. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
In your therapy sessions you will be not only be listened to but 'heard'. Sometimes we just need to feel like someone 'gets' us and as we work together I will endeavour to see your world through your eyes with compassion and acceptance.

I am only on my third session of counselling with Michele and already I feel like I have learned a lot about myself. I have felt listened to, not judged and encouraged to see the qualities in myself which is building on my self esteem. I look forward to my sessions each week and Michele always gives me things to reflect on. Michele has a lovely aura and makes me feel like i can tell her anything. Michele got me from the get go.i would recommend Michele without any doubt. She is an experienced and respectful therapist. I never done therapy before and was quite skeptical but Michele put me at ease instantly. Could not recommend her enough.
