About me
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years experience as a therapist and mediator. I work with individuals with a range of concerns including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and bipolar disorder. I have advanced training and experience with relationship, communication and parenting concerns along with educational, career and other life changes. I have experience and special expertise with substance use and abuse and with those who have experienced physical and emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I strive to treat others with sensitivity, and compassion. I am mindful and respectful of a wide range of spiritual perspectives. My approach is based on cognitive-behavioral dialectic therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy, as appropriate. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Michele has been very helpful to me. This was my first time reaching out for help and she was very approachable. She has been knowledgeable and has had extremely helpful suggestions. She is a wonderful person and counselor, I would recommend her to anyone I know.
