It took a lot of effort to gain the courage to seek help. I was a little apprehensive starting this journey but I knew I needed a therapist who would be able to support me through a number of different and changing factors in my life.
Working with Michelle has been a complete blessing. She understood quickly how I process trauma. Always without judgement but with care and compassion. Michelle has helped me through an incredibly dark period of uncertainty and change. For this I’m eternally grateful. We’ve also started to work on my plans and goals for the future.
