Michelle has been amazing as we worked through a large variety of topics, while always maintaining and respecting my boundaries. As my first real therapist - she heard me and spent the time to see what I was looking for, even when I didn't know how to say it.

She has done an amazing job of listening, guiding, and helping me to work through issues - and I am happily going to continue working with her for the foreseeable future!

I was a little apprehensive to start therapy at first but Michelle has really held a safe space for me to talk through my emotions in a healthy way and has really listened to me. I’ve found our first few sessions really helpful and Michelle has really helped me make sense of a lot of the emotions and difficulties I have been experiencing. Michelle listens intensively and asks the important questions which help me on my healing journey. I’ve really been encouraged throughout this experience so far. Thank you Michelle
