About me
I am an individual and family counselor licensed in California and Maine with over five years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict, parenting problems, ODD, OCD, and ADHD. I also help those who have experienced trauma, physical and emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm, strength-based and motivational. I believe treating everyone with respect, compassion, sensitivity, and being non-. My therapeutic approach is cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, DBT, and mindfulness. I will customize our dialogue and treatment to meet your unique and specific needs.
