Michelle has been my therapist now for just over 1 year and all I can say is she is a credit to the industry. Her knowledge in her field is exemplary. She has a warmth that is very welcoming and is incredibly genuine and honest. With her guidance using Polyvagal Theory, I have improved my interpersonal relationships and have a greater understanding of myself. A mind and body connection that I didn’t know existed until I met Michelle.

It feels like she is in my team, she raises me up, helps me see my experiences through the poly vagal lense, and helps me join lots of dots up in my fast thinking brain. Michelle guides the sessions with a natural ease, like talking to a good friend who happens to also be extremely intellectual, educated, and curious to continue learning more in exactly the way that benefits you, because it clearly also benefits her and everyone’s lives to know what she does.
