If you are looking for a therapist that has the ability to merge book expertise with strategies you can apply in your everyday life, then this is who you need. I've always had a fear of working with a therapist. My fears were: They would drag out sessions with no sense of resolve in order to "Take Your Money" or they would be so left field about the theory that I wouldn't be able to use new knowledge in the crazy world we live in. Both of my fears were eliminated in our first conversation. Throughout each session I am able to see, with Mrs. Parker how wrong I was about therapy. I have renewed hope in my situation and even as an adult I am embracing new mindsets for a better future.
