Michelle is wonderful at what she does. She listens intently and provides such smart, thoughtful and empathetic feedback at all times. She has an innate ability to know the right moment to be serious vs. the right moment to be inquisitive vs. the right moment to be funny. She affirms my opinions when she believes they’re on the right track but isn’t afraid to challenge me when she feels it is appropriate. The fact that is not simply a ‘cheerleader’ for me is exactly what I need. It builds trust and allows me the freedom to know that when she does reaffirm my beliefs, that I can trust that she means it. She has helped me tremendously. I would recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been talking with Michelle for maybe 6 months, I’m not really sure. I had another therapist before her that I spoke with for a month. I felt I got more out of my first session with Michelle than I did in the month with my other therapist. Michelle is patient, kind, smart and creative in her ways to suggest help. She is flexible with my schedule and is an amazing resource. I’m glad I switched therapists.

She is so kind and helpful? She hears you out and makes valid points to help you through whatever is bothering you. She is well versed and responsive.

Michelle is professional and helpful. I never feel judged and she speaks to me in a way I like. Sometimes I find it hard to find rapport with therapists- and with using online therapy I was concerned. But we had instant rapport and I plan to continue going to her for a long time.
