Michelle is wonderful! She is kind, great at listening and understanding, but she will always be honest with you. She has helped me through so much already and I’ve only visited with her a handful of times, so far. Totally recommend!!

Michelle was always a breath of fresh air. Talking to her always helped things make sense. And even when I wasn’t able to make a session, she was there to chat with me when I needed. She always listened to my needs and concerns when I felt like nobody else did. She also helped me overcome a lot of irrational fears that I had. When I was so concerned about everyone else she reminded me that what I felt and wanted was important as well.

Michelle is very understanding and insightful. She also listens attentively and gives relevant homework that requires reflection regarding the things you are going through. In the month I’ve been working with Michelle, she has helped me learn a lot about myself and my thought process. She’s helped make me feel validated and respected when I’ve been vulnerable with her and it’s helped me grow in many ways. I highly recommend her as a therapist!
