My therapist is dynamic woman. She's straightforward, compassionate and very respectful. She demonstrates that she has a vast knowledge and experience with my mental health concerns. Her wit and intelligence is inspiring! I feel that I won the lottery.

Michelle is patient, understanding and has a unique way of seeing things.
The exercises she has given me have opened my eyes and made me see things I would never have noticed other wise.

Michelle wasted no time in getting it. I've had experiences in Therapy before where the first appointment or two were largely introductory. I left my first session with Michelle with value advice and more confidence in therapy than I've had in the past.
Michelle is incredibly knowledgable and approachable. She's compassionate and ready to challenge you where you should be challenged and work with you where you need assistance.
