Michelle has been my therapist for 2 years now. She is caring and compassionate, and not only listens, but remembers minute details and offers clear insight. Always good to have a therapist with a sense of humor as well. 10/10.

Michelle is a wonderful therapist to work with. She always conducts herself in a professional yet friendly manner and makes you feel comfortable. She listens, knows when to cut you off, and most importantly when to hold you accountable and face the truth of the matter at hand. I developed better mental health skills and understanding through our time together. An overall fantastic therapist that I would recommend to anyone and would love to have again.

Michelle is great all around, but I especially appreciate their ability to let me set the tone and pace of the sessions based on my goals. They doesn't press or rush me, and can change course mid-session if I need it! Michelle's very patient and receptive and doesn't make me feel dismissed like past therapists have. I love getting sent helpful links and info to read that correlates to what I'm currently working on and is available when I need to message in between sessions. 10/10 therapist!

Michelle is very empathetic and a great listener who also doesn’t shy away from speaking the truth in such a respectful manner. I will always recommend BetterHelp due to the extremely amazing experiences with Michelle as my counselor.

When you need a thought partner, this is exactly what BH and Michelle (and the other therapists, I assume) can provide. Sometimes just sending a message is all you need to do to get the help you need-- and that's honestly made all the difference for me.

I really like Michelle's approach. It's very down to earth, empathetic and kind. I don't feel judged, I feel heard and she gives me more perspectives to look at when dealing with my issues. I think she's great and trying to understand and see what it is I really need from her while I am on this platform. Whether it's advice or just a listening ear, she's made sure to let me know that I am the one that decides how I want to proceed and I've never had that kind of support from a therapist in the past.
