About me
Therapy is not a dirty word. If you are longing for change or peace in any part of your life then therapy may be just what you need. No matter if your situation is a small hill or the tallest of mountains, if you are facing an obstacle holding you back from living your best life help is available.
Together we will identify what you want to be different, explore the factors that contribute to your stressors and life challenges, and create a plan for you to make progress toward your goals. As an outsider, I will help you make sense of what you may find difficult to see on your own.
I am a licensed clinical social worker; having started my education in Flint,Michigan then after an unexpected move across country I completed my Master's degree at University of Texas San Antonio.
