I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience. I have experience in working with clients struggling with many issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, anger management, mood disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder to name a few. I also have education and experience in working with individuals who have family members struggling with addiction and may be dealing with co-dependency issues.
My approach is strength-based and solution-focused while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. I will tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of my clients. I can help provide the support you need for a better quality of life.
