I’ve been working with Michelle for two months now. At first I was very skeptical about looking for help for my personal issues. I never thought I would need therapy for daily problems I assume everyone goes through. Michelle helped me realize that it’s okay to not be okay sometimes and that my feelings are still valid even if they don’t make sense to me. Ive learned it’s okay to ask for help when you truly need it. She’s been reminding me to make time to care of myself, which I easily forget with how busy life gets.
