Michelle Louisville, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Florida with over 12 years of clinical work experience.
I am also a Certified Addictions Professional, CAP; and a Registered Yoga Teacher-200 hours. I have experience working with Veterans and active service members. In addition, I help clients with low motivation, low self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, and coping with life changes. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to recognize irrational beliefs which lead to unhealthy choices and maladaptive coping strategies. My goal is to help you develop healthy coping skills to achieve the life you desire for yourself. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
