Michelle was such a help for me, she was a very good listener and always had suggestions to help me reach my goaks. I didn't do very good at keeping up my journal but every session helped me move closer to being myself!

This was my first ever experience with therapy and I went into it with anxiety and apprehension. As it turns out, I should have done this years ago.
I was extremely lucky to have Michelle as my therapist. I don't know how to explain it very well, but let's just say that Michelle has a serious gift and a beautiful soul to match.
During sessions I was consistently amazed at how well she could pinpoint the issues and underlying causes of said issues. It was almost as if she was looking inside of me and turning me inside out, in a good way. After every session I left with a sense that things were working. Just talking to her has brought more clarity to my way of thinking, more confidence. I now have the tools and understanding to continue on in my journey of healing. Michelle is kind, patient, understanding, and everything that she says comes from the heart. You can hear it in her voice, and you are left not only thinking about your own self improvement but how such a wonderful person found her way into this profession as well.
I hope this makes sense to anyone reading this. There are very few awesome words to describe Michelle and all of the words one would use are not good enough. She changed my life, my way of thinking about myself and the world, my way of coping... everything.
I want her and everyone else to know how thankful and grateful I am for her and I wish her all the best. I was sinking and possibly drowning before coming into contact with her, and now my head is safely above water. Thank you so much Michelle.
