About me

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been licensed with the state of Texas for over 15 years. I have had my own Private Practice for the past 14 years. My entire career has been focused on working with individuals and families as they work through significant life changes and challenges. My approach to therapy tends to be Client-Centered. This means you will play a very active part in directing the sessions and we will work together to set goals. Although I have extensive experience in working with children, teens and families, I feel working individually with adults and teens may be the best use of my skills on this platform.

Michelle is kind and relatable. She’s great at offering new ways of thinking about things which generally helps change my mind or view thereby improving my outlook in general. Highly recommend!

Michelle has been with me for a long time, almost 2 combined years. Even when I had to take a brief hiatus from therapy for financial reasons, she let me know that I could always come back, and I did after about a year. She has been supportive through some significant highs and lows. She often helps me articulate exactly how I feel about something, even when it’s difficult, and always knows exactly what to say. I’m so grateful for her and I always look forward to our weekly sessions.

She is the best therapist I have ever had. She has a calm way about her that makes me feel safe and supported.
