Michelle has been such a great help in my life and relationship in the short time I have been speaking with her. She is a great listener, and able to listen and give great advice equally. And when she does give advice or techniques/strategies to try, they are always super helpful and things I would have not known otherwise to try. Overall a great person, and very relatable. Very thankful to be matches with her.

Michelle is amazing! She guides the sessions in an excellent manner. She provided me with tools to progress that were incredibly helpful, and most of all she listened with an open mind and provided me with interesting perspectives that helped to change my mindset in a positive way.
