Dr. Michelle White, Psychologist
About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with 7 years of professional work experience. I had two years working in private practice and two years in community mental health in offering individual and group psychotherapy, and psychological assessment services in diagnosis ADHD, Autism, depression, intellectual developmental disorder, general anxiety disorder, and OCD.
I received training in providing trauma-sensitive clinical services within a psychodynamic theoretical framework that draws from object relations and attachment theory. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, relationships struggles, and trauma. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage.
