Hi, My name is Milly Sellars and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida with over 20 years of experience. Mildred really cares and takes the time to TRULY listen. More importantly she let’s you have your thoughts and opinions and doesn’t judge, she helps you work through them.

I was hesitant about getting therapy but I’m glad I did. Milly is a great listener which allowed me to unravel a lot of my thoughts, I didn’t even know that was something I needed!! The two most important takeaways from my experience was getting a clear perspective on my marital issues and developing coping skills for my depression and anxiety.

Milly was very understanding with my self-development concerns and provided lots of great workbooks, advice, and guidance when asked.

I’ve been working with Milly for roughly six months now and am very pleased with my experience. She’s a very supportive and thoughtful in how she addresses my concerns. I feel like I’ve made progress with my initial goals and am excited to continue my journey.

Milly was a great listener and introduced me to cognitive restructuring which really helped me look at my life and situations in ways that were less toxic and more empowering. She also encouraged me to ask for the things I need at work to be successful, and even though I only started therapy in August 2021, I ended 2021 with my best performance review ever (and I’ve worked for the same employer for 10 years). I feel confident heading into 2022 and now I have a great mental health toolkit to keep me going. Thanks Milly!

Mildred is the first therapist I’ve even seen in my life and it was such a positive experience ! She is kind, compassionate and a very good listener. She lets you lead the way of discussion to focus on what’s important to you each session. She always makes an effort to highlight positive things you are already doing, even if you don’t see it as a big deal. She has a gift for what she does and is a blessing to have on your team! 5 stars ⭐️
