I have pursued additional training in the area of trauma, addiction, and couple’s therapy.
I provide services to individuals who are motivated to make positive change and desire a greater quality of life, while wishing to enhance their growth through self-discovery and other related techniques designed to enhance and nurture relationship skills for more successful living. I provide spiritually-attuned therapy services when a client is open to this perspective and may utilize prayer as an effective means if a client is comfortable with this or requests it. My counseling expertise is in working with adults and includes issues dealing with career, family, relationships, trauma, grief, and addiction.
During the course of therapy, I will draw on various psychological approaches according to the issue being treated, your unique situation, and what will best benefit you. These approaches include but are not limited to, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, existential, system/family, developmental (adult, child, family), humanistic, and/or psycho-educational.
