Mo is an experienced, caring, relaxed woman, who carefully and compassionately unpicks interlinking issues to help me understand and change my behaviour. I have found the sessions with her extremely helpful and supportive.

I've been having therapy with Mo for almost three months after losing my mom 5 months ago and suffering with severe anxiety, stress and grief.
Mo has been nothing short of amazing. She's been guiding me through the grief and anxiety, listens to me when I need to get it all off my chest and doesn't judge me when all I can do is cry. She's helped me look at things differently, begun to change my way of thinking and is a kind ear when I'm missing my mom. I'm glad to have matched with her and had her on my grief and anxiety journey.
