Monika is a very knowledgeable person, she is very kind and compassionate, with a lot of understanding and adapts her style and skills to best fit any issue or topic brought up in conversation. She quickly recognises thought patterns and behaviours and helps address these in a way that suits the individual. She has been really helpful and I’m very grateful for all her effort and time.
