About me
There are times in our life when we may experience challenges and obstacles that may be too emotionally difficult to overcome on our own. It takes courage and strength to recognize when it’s time to seek help.
In therapy I strive to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment for clients to feel open to explore their past and present life experiences and how they impact their relationships
I have over 30 years of clinical experience treating individuals with a range of issues.
With compassion and understanding I specialize in working with clients who are coping with chronic and terminal illnesses, relationship difficulties, caregiver fatigue, depression, anxiety, grief. I also have extensive experience in working with the geriatric population and issues around memory loss.
My approach to treatment is holistic, collaborative and patient centered to meet your specific needs and develop a therapeutic alliance. My goal is to help empower you to meet challenges and create lasting changes.
Congratulations on taking the first step into your healing journey of personal and emotional growth. I am here to support you in this process.
