I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), and I have a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. I use different modalities that may include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, and other forms of clinical approaches. In the helping relationship, we identify your strengths and foster skills to empower you to overcome life challenges for greater insight into yourself through acceptance, support, and positive thought patterns. I am an open-minded person who can provide a safe space free of judgment because I want you to feel free to express yourself. No matter what you are going through, know that I am here to support you.
