Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Natalie Alepin. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Natalie is extremely kind, thoughtful, and professional. She has been a delight to work with and I plan to work with her for the foreseeable future. Anyone who has found a great therapist knows how difficult the journey to find them can be, and how gratifying it is when you finally do. I would recommend Natalie to anyone who is ready to move forward with their personal development and to start to heal the wounds of your past.

Natalie is a very good listener and very supportive, she meets you where you are, and we discuss practical skills and set goals, not just talk.

Working with Natalie has literally been life changing. I struggled with anxiety off and on for the last 20 years. The anxiety started affecting my health and I finally had enough. Natalie was easy to work with, she listened to what I was saying, and gave me tangible things to implement. I worked with her over 9 months, my only regret is not finding her sooner. She has helped me release the anxiety and the trauma related to it. I am living in such a more peaceful state of mind. Thank you Natalie!

Natalie is a great therapist. I started seeing her when I felt like I was in a moment of desperate need and I have felt a lot of improvement within myself since speaking to her. She is kind, respectful, and listens.

Natalie is amazing. Her active listening skills are impressive; she is frequently taking notes. She is helping me to celebrate wins to street meet me from focusing on the negative, of which, this change in my lens is very difficult. She brings things to light that I don’t think of or don’t find a way to clarify that she opens me up to. Her active listening skills are so fine tuned that only in her sessions, and no other conversations, do I have the intense level of “aha” moments (with depth and breadth) which sometimes is hard but other times a relief to more fully understand how to move forward positively.

She was very kind and made me feel heard. I felt no judgement from her and can already put forward an actionable plan she helped me create to better myself.
